Cannot confirm using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/4.0b13pre
For me, CTRL+1 switches to the first tab fine.
sorry, it is on top button on keyboard (key has 1, "+", !). not on numeric keyboard
Summary: ctrl+1 have switched to first tab (now page zoom in) → ctrl+1 have not switched to first tab (now page zoom in)
Works fine for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/4.0b13pre ID:20110303122446

Could you see if the issue occurs with a new, empty profile:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_make-a-new-profile

If it still doesn't work after that, please see if the x86 build works ok.
