The button looks like Win 85 and doesnt follow the gtk theme.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new mail

Actual Results:  
The button looks off.

Expected Results:  
The button should follow the selected gtk theme

I tried with -moz-appearance: menulist, but then the system dropdown arrow is on the right and can't be changed. So I used -moz-appearance: button which looks the same under Ubuntu.

If it doesn't matter when the dropdown arrow is on the right, then I can change the appearance.

There seems to end up with a lot of borders around the button, so I tried decreasing those some. Would be even neater if there was a good way to make those buttons square, but I haven't figured out how to do that.

My fellow GNOME artists Hylke Bons and Jakub Steiner said they preferred this approach, so hence, this gets ui-r+
