In avm2overview.pdf:

In the description of the newarray instruction, the Format and Forms section both say newobject where they should say newarray.

The creation data in the XMP meta-data in the version of avm2overview.pdf I'm looking at is 2007/05/22 16:03:35.
That document is quite outdated.  There is a word document (in Mercurial, on asteam: in the specs repository: avm2overview.doc) that is more up-to-date and which is in the process of being migrated into the doc directory of tamarin, but it's taking forever to get that work done.
