638637 - Allow customizing name directly in Move to Group > New Group

I would be saving a step if i could specify a New group, and type in the name of that group right there.   Current steps to this are:
1) assign a tab to a "new group"
2) then watch that tab dissapear into the black hole
3) then know to launch panorama and find my tab i moved (which can be painful if i have a large number of tab boxes
4) and lastly enter in the custom name of that Group within panorama.

Entering the newly assigned tab to new group name would do this in all in 1 easy step.

Tim: I think this is something should be done by add-on.  What do you think?

Yeah, this sounds like it's kind of an edge case. Asking the user to enter a group name for the newly created group would be interrupting and ugly.
