This is an offspring of bug 636133. The fake headers that are created after I sent a message work fine, except that they sometimes are threaded improperly.

STR:
- switch to a unified inbox that also searches sent folders,
- make sure the most recent thread is collapsed, and has more than one message,
- I have mailnews.scroll_to_new_message set to false if that helps,
- hit "Write..." to write a new message, send it,
- the new message is threaded at the end of the most recent thread.

The screenshot mentioned above demonstrates the issue, and the source window is that of the wrongly threaded message.

Changing folders solves the issue.

A related issue: when the fake header is replaced by the real header obtained from the server, if the thread is in the current view, and the real header is under a collapsed thread, that thread automatically gets expanded. I wonder if that's desirable...
