Going to this page and requesting sales or support the applet can not connect properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to page and click on live support
2.enter name and press connect
3.
Actual Results:  
applet fails to load and instead refreshes constantly

Expected Results:  
Should see a series of connect messages in box

Works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/4.0b13pre ID:20110303122446

Could you see if the issue occurs...
- With a new, empty profile:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_make-a-new-profile
- Using the latest nightly:
http://nightly.mozilla.org/

Changing platform to x86; since WOW64 in user agent indicates 32bit build of Firefox (platform refers to browser build, not OS).

Seems to work ok in Minefield 4.0b`3pre 2011-03-04. Guess this can be closed.
