We have a set of global redirects for all locales since we didn't have time to have this page translated for any locale (except yours), removing the global redirect would create a 404 for all locales, so not so easy to deal with an exception. Milos would you have cycles to work on that? Most of the redirection work is in mozilla.com .htaccess, we would have to make an exception for Romanian without breaking other locales redirects.

[16:23]	pascalc	RaulM, for whatsnew it will remain in English for all locales, I can't work on having exceptions for that page now, too much to do for the final release
