What needs to be done here for the Firefox for mobile release?
here's the procedure:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Updating_NSPR_or_NSS_in_mozilla-central

Step 1 is for an NSPR peer to create a tag for us to pull from
I updated nspr to tip locally and pushed it to try http://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=MozillaTry&rev=d8760ea9bd82
We should make an NSPR_4_8_8_RTM release for you.
We still need to check in a few patches, including
the large file support patch (even though large
files aren't support by Froyo). Please review the
NSPR bugs with target milestone 4.8.8 to see which
ones have reviewed patches that need checkin:

We need to get this done today or tomorrow -- would it be possible to do a release off of existing NSPR + ipv6 + large files?
we want bug 546535. I'd be interested to know if bug 467497 effects android.
Brad: I am ready to create the NSPR_4_8_8_BETA1 CVS tag for you.
The only outstanding issue is whether the NSPR patch that removes
the --enable-thumb2 configure option (bug 626035) is good. Please
advise.
we don't want bug 626035
Brad: The NSPR_4_8_8_BETA1 CVS tag is now ready for your use.

The NSPR update will pick up the fixes for these bugs:
- bug 546535
- bug 587426
- bug 622425
- bug 624868
- bug 626035 (attachment 504094 [details] [diff] [review] only)
- bug 626309
- bug 626866
- bug 627299 (attachment 505409 [details] [diff] [review] only). NOTE: please find out
why this patch was backed out in mozilla-central:
  http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/ef9290eb777b
- bug 629653
- bug 635667

Note: bug 614526 is already in mozilla-central.
Wan-Teh, any update here? It may be best for us to just take the ipv6 patch on mozilla-central at this point.
I pushed the ipv6 support to mozilla-central, so we no longer need an nspr update

Brad: I spent several hours preparing this NSPR release for
you. It was available to you yesterday morning. Sigh.
