In Firefox 4.0 beta 12 Alt-left arrow and alt-right arrow do not work if keyboard layout is different than USA.Tested with greek, italian, afghanistan.
If i use alt-back nothing happens instead of going to the previous page. The same happens if i hit alt-right.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to your keyboard prefrences and add a layout(for example greek or afghanistan)
2.Them change to this layout.
3.Go to a web page and then to another one in order the back action to be enabled.
4.Make sure your keyboard layout is in something different than USA and hit alt-left arrow or alt-right arrow
Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
You have to go a page back or front.

I use the default theme and i have noscript, flashblock, adblock plus and pilot installed.
I have try the same in safe mode of firefox(with desabled addons).
