The "Your Name" field in Mail Account Setup dialog does not support all standard Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. (Optional) spend N years using emacs to drill C-a into fingers
1. Run Thunderbird on Mac OS X 
2. Go to File|New|Mail account...
3. Type something in to the "Your Name" field
4. Press Ctrl+A
Actual Results:  
Dialog box disappears.

Expected Results:  
Cursor moves to start of field.

You can move to the start of the field by pressing Command + Left Arrow.

Ctrl+A should do the same thing.
