Probably because of the big dimensions of the image, the browser doesn't minimize it and it remains big, and that makes the navigation list to look distorted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to that URL I mentioned, their favicon is a red square
2. go to the right 'List all tabs' button and click it

Actual Results:  
the row of the list took the height of the image, which is bigger than normal

Expected Results:  
a narrow row, with a height of 20 pixels or whatever it is

Is your Issue reproducible without Extensions in Safe-Mode and/or using a new Profile?
