Using the Aero basic theme, the Firefox button looks disgustingly huge when the window is not maximized and appealingly thin when maximized. Both window states should show the same thin Firefox button to maintain UI consistency and good appearance.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on Aero Basic theme in Windows
2. Maximize. Notice that the Firefox button is thin, just like how it is when Aero Glass is enabled.
3. Unmaximize. Notice that the Firefox button is unnecessarily large.

Are you using a custom theme or smaller titlebars?

The bottom of the Firefox Button and Windows system control buttons is aligned as same level.

Yes, but in this case they should not be aligned because it stretches out the button to an abnormal size.

Firefox button was put on the chopping block and severed from Firefox back on Firefox 29 and doesn't seem to be coming back...
