I would use it a lot more if the Tag colours were simply inverted, so that the background colour was set to the colour selection. I guess a simpler solution would be to add background colour option to Tags, instead of just text colour. Hopefully TB3.3 will do this? Currently, on Win7 when you select a msg in the email list it is highlighted in a very nice way. This would be an excellent way to highlight Tagged msg's too. I find that the coloured text does not stand out enough. Reproducible: Always
Agreeing with OP. I would also like to have ability to add text effects like bold and italic to tags. Text colour definitely doesn't stand out enough.
