639973 - Submit a Demo should display MDN DR interstitial

Currently we display an email collection form.

Once MDN DR is live, we should display the interstitial so devs can click through.

I know this is probably too late, but didn't realize the page was not styled at all.

I see a basic txt page at http://webofwonder.allizom.org/en-US/submit_demo

Any chance that can be made to look a bit better?  Or better, can we just link directly to the Demo Studio home from the Submit graphic on WoW?

Reopening in case we can improve the user experience here.  Kinda lame to go from a fancy site like WoW to a plain txt page and then to Demo Studio.

We cut the production branch for 1.2 already.

We'll make this change in 1.3.
