please add something like testruns/results/{resultId}/skipfail/

to indicate that a testcase was marked skipped by the user and should not affect pass/fail of a testrun.

Cameron, I'd been marking these verified after I added support in my API-communication layer and tested them out, but I think it makes more sense in the long run for you to mark verified when you add a test for it.
Carl: yeah, that might work well.  Though it's also possible to add a boolean field to the bugs that say whether they're automated or not.  I'll bring it up in our meeting today.
