The attached patch fix that and also add some changes to the CSS to be consistent between menulist, context menu and <select/> styles

Patch

This fixes at least one crummy situation where the next/prev buttons stay active cause the single form widget stays focused and the disabled buttons stay visible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/textarea.html
2. click in the text area
3. verify that the form assistant's arrows do not appear.
