Moving discussion about testing the staged Join Mozilla pages out of the bug about setting up a staging site for those pages. For background see comments #23, #24, #25, #26, #27, #28, #30, #31, #32, #33, #34, #35, #36 in bug 635755.
My team is working on this, and we're adding found bugs as blocking bug 608764, directly.
