640306 - can't provide feedback because it says i must be up to date first, but i am up to date

i wanted to click "feedback->firefox made me happy because...", so i click it but end up on a page that says:

"Oh! So, you want to offer us feedback on the next version of Firefox. Thank you, but you'll need to be on our latest beta".  

so i click the link to get the latest, and see that it is "4.0b12", but that's the version i'm currently running.  To be sure, i go Firefox->About Firefox... and sure enough, it says "4.0b12".  So that means i can't tell you why i was happy with firefox.  Leading me to think, well, i'm not happy, so i'll say that instead.  so i clicked "Feedback->Firefox made me sad because..." ....  and repeat.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.get latest firefox
2.click feedback->firefox made me happy/sad because
3.it will tell you you are not on the latest firefox
Actual Results:  
when on the latest firefox, it will tell you you are not on the latest firefox

Expected Results:  
ability to use "made me happy/sad" feedback form

i am happy and sad at the same time.
