Details

From the forums, we need to create new Activity objects for relevant people in a task.
https://github.com/jsocol/kitsune/commit/ab48632ad Once the dashboards land, verify that when replying to a discussion forum thread, everyone besides the person replying who had commented in the thread should be get an action in their dashboard.
