After I select that I want to save PDF, the downloader opens but only saves PDFRequestRouter file.  Before today's update to Firefox 4, I was able to save without any problem.  I use FoxIt but that shouldn't make any difference.

1. Click on PDF link so I can save it to computer
2. select "save" and press ok
3. Inside my "download" folder I can't open the file because its only "PDFRequestRouter" file

All I know that I was working on saving PDF files just like this one all day yesterday using the previous version of Firefox.  After the upgrade I am no longer able to save the PDF this way from this website.  I tried saving PDF from google search and it was fine.  Right now, the only way to save it is to select "Open" and than go the the "Temp" folder of firefox where the file was downloaded and copy it from there.
