The is an SVG chart in the middle column at http://input.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/beta/. On that page, clicking on a legend key changes the chart, filtering it by feedback type. However, if a filter by feedback type checkbox has been clicked in the left column, clicking on the legend keys no longer produces expected results (activating or deactivating a feedback type filter).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://input.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/beta/
2. Click on the Praise checkbox under filter by feedback type in the left column.
3. Click on the Praise legend key
4. Click on the Issues legend key
Actual Results:  
The legend keys are active. Clicking on a legend key doesn't produce the same results as on a page that is not filtered by feedback type.

Expected Results:  
The legend keys should be gone if they are non-functional. Or they should have the same functionality as they do on pages that are not filtered by feedback type.
