User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110310 Firefox/4.0b13pre SeaMonkey/2.1b3pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110310 Firefox/4.0b13pre SeaMonkey/2.1b3pre While reading info on pwn2own, I was visiting the release notes of Safari 5.0.4 and noticed the site logo was beneath three of the site's links. The same page in FX4 RC1 seems fine. Maybe be a minor rendering regression got introduced in Seamonkey? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit http://isource.com/2011/03/09/apple-releases-safari-5-0-4-update/ with Seamonkey build 20110310 2. Visit the same link with FX4 RC1. Actual Results: In Seamonkey 20110310, the iSource logo appears below the "All Posts, Videos, and Podcasts" links. In FX4 RC1, the logo is up to where it should be--up top. Expected Results: The logo should be up top and not below the site's links.
WORKSFORME: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b13pre) Gecko/20110310 Firefox/4.0b13pre SeaMonkey/2.1b3pre Please retest in SeaMonkey safe-mode without any extensions nor userContent.css.
Ok, the plot thickens (a little bit).... 1) Safe-Mode on Seamonkey 20110310 works fine. 2) Of my extensions (Flashgot 1.2.8.4 and AdBlock Plus 1.3.3) it seems ABP is the culprit. When disabled, the logo appears where it is supposed to. 3) On further investigation, I noticed my FX4 RC1 did *not* have ABP 1.3.3 installed so I installed it. Odd, because I updated from 3.6.15 to RC1 and 3.6.15 DID have ABP installed. 4) After adding ABP 1.3.3 to FX4 RC1, it does render the page the same (read: the logo is where it should be). Whether ABP was installed or not did not have any effect on the appearance of the page in FX4. So, my conclusion is something in ABP 1.3.3 (while extension is enabled) and Seamonkey 20110310 is acting wonky.
Do you have the same filter lists (and same version or each filter list) installed in each ABP?
