User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.9.2.14) Gecko/20110221 Ubuntu/10.10 (maverick) Firefox/3.6.14 Build Identifier: There is a checkbox in the form saying "Sign up for the mailing list" (under "email address"), but under the "process contribution" button is written "By clicking 'Process Contribution' you will be registered as a Mozilla Supporter and receive Mozilla related email communication. You can unsubscribe from this communication at any time." Are these two different mailing-lists? Is there a way one can not subcribe to anything (without being subscribed and having to manually unsubscribe)? Reproducible: Always
Due to the confusion that this bug can cause to users, I'm giving it the "blocker" importance.

Okay, legal text at the bottom now says: By clicking 'Process Contribution' you will be registered as an annual Mozilla Supporter. Making the sign up for the mailing list check box the only point where a supporter signs up for the mailing list.
