Sent a missive to http://agilewebsolutions.com/contact_us/email_sent to let them know.
response: Hi Marcia, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I have forwarded your message to our developers and they'll look into it as soon as possible. We are aware of a situation where if a user have the compatibility check disabled, Firefox will immediately crash with our extension. Once it is enabled, it will not crash. This usually is restricted to Firefox users that have both Firefox 3 and 4 installed on the same machine. It is also possible that those crash reports are not related to this, we'll continue to investigate into this and our developers will contact you. Thanks again for bringing this up with us, (In reply to comment #1) > Sent a missive to http://agilewebsolutions.com/contact_us/email_sent to let > them know.
Crash Signature: [@ libosxform_xpcom.dylib@0x6cf8 ]
I'm marking this bug as WORKSFORME as bug crashlog signature didn't appear from a long time (over half year) in Firefox.
