RTL looks bad on Chrome.

https://github.com/potch/glow/commit/de2e967 Chrome draws the page before dir=rtl is applied, and then it lags out as we load everything, so you can see the counter move to the other side of the page. It's weird and busted but should be better once we have a loading screen.
