1. Go to mobile homepage in any non-Fennec browser
2. Click on 'Learn more' link in the banner
expected behavior:

The "Learn More" link I see opens a popup talking about add-ons. Can you screenshot?

The mobile link was written to link to desktop firefox. Fixed this in https://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/578d52d
