Today we added a new .htaccess file under /media/uploads We need to add this to puppet or whatever IT/Ops version control system.
Jeremy, for clarification, this is on an nfs mount for both stage and prod and I just dropped the file there for now, but it should probably be under version control or managed by puppet or something along those lines. This is for devmo-stage9 and devmo-prod

If it's going to go in puppet I'd rather just put it in the vhost.
I think I did this and forgot to close out the bug. Please reopen if that isn't the case.
