640839 - new more complicated rating system seems to push users to classifying many problems as "ideas"

sounds like the recent update and RC push users to providing ratings v. the previous more simple classification of issue or praise.

I'm updating to understand the UI better, but I can see the a possible result of these changes in the input data.

a lot of reported problems are falling into the 'idea' classifation making use of input to find problems that we need to diagnose a lot harder.

attachment has a sample of the data.  here is a sample.

idea    firefox 4.0     vista   en-US                           I found that the home page should not be an ask.com search engine

Invalid now that the release submission methods are removed.

Fixed elsewhere.  The bug was certainly valid at the time.
