Download a beta or rc1 of Firefox 4 and try to search via the location bar.
I've tested with the en-US and there's no problem there so it's a translation fault.

Hi Raul,
Please try to reproduce this on Windows too. Meanwhile I'll try to see which part of the translation caused this. From the looks of it it seems something related to region.properties.

I tested in Firefox 4 RC (in new and default profile).
Searching via the location bar working for me (google search results page opened). Perhaps is only Linux problem.
I'll check tonight this bug in opensuse 11.4

I unpacked the tar archive in an existing directory of a Firefox 3, so there's probably a file from Firefox 3 that caused this because cleaning the directory worked.

If this is gone with the Firefox 4 release, can we please close it?
