640918 - AdChange add-on is broken and abandoned

Some Adblock Plus users complained about a page opening on every browser start that continuously asks them to install Adblock Plus, even if Adblock Plus is already installed. It seems that the extension causing this confusion is AdChange. It hasn't been updated for an API change in Adblock Plus 1.3 so it doesn't recognize current Adblock Plus versions and keeps opening Adblock Plus install page. The author is unreachable - his contact page results in 404 and he doesn't seem to read reviews either. Please at least move the add-ons into the sandbox, this should reduce the number of people installing it by mistake.

The add-on has been downgraded to Preliminarily Reviewed, which should mitigate the exposure of this bug. I have contacted the author about it, and hopefully he will respond and fix the issue. Either way, this is as far as I think we should go with this.
