This issue haven't taken place in Firefox 3.6. Bug detected on 2011-03-11's nightly of l10n-mozilla-central. Firefox 4 on windows 7 seems not be affected by this issue though.

Ehsan, Tomer, do your localized builds suffer from the same issue?

I don't see this issue on recent beta, so it might be a regression on trunk builds. Can you please attach a screenshot of the issue?
I was quite confused since aboutPrivacyBrowsing.css files are untouched since a long time. I deleted the old profile and restarted firefox, and everthing returned to normal. Seems one of the addon I installed earlier affected somehow the dir value of the page in question, but it is hard to say now which addon was the culprit. Anyway, sorry for the false alarm.
