Raul, we're not doing CVS anymore, what are you trying to get access to?
Also, we need the committers aggreement, see http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/ for details.

If CVS account is no longer needed to transmit the translated files please mark this bug as resolved.

Comitters agreement will be needed for that bug as well.
Resolving this WONTFIX as we don't have anything in CVS these days.
