Whenever you hover over a link, the left and right edges of the browser window move up/down with the appearance of the auto URL status bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Windows 7 w/ Aero
2. Hover away and onto any page link
Actual Results:  
Left and right edges of the browser bounce up and down.

Expected Results:  
Left/right background edges should remain stationary upon hovering.
