641091 - no firefox after putting computer to sleep

When I put firefox to sleep, on restart I get a message saying that firefox is open and I must reboot to open it. This is happening since installing 4.0, but it used to happen with earlier versions.Firefox is definitely closed when this happens!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close firefox
2.put computer in "sleep" mode
3.start computer, and attempt to open Firefox
Actual Results:  
Message saying firefox is sill running and can't be opened unless it is closed first, or restart to open firefox

Expected Results:  
firefox always starts after restarting computer. I have closed firefox at last browsing session, but firefox won't open.

after closing firefox session, putting computer to sleep, reawaken computer, and firefox should open.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

I guess this failed because of the Timespan between Steps 1 - 2. Fx didn't shut down properly probably in Time because of some external Influence (Security Apps etc.).
