Please better explain the steps to reproduce the issue, what happens and what should happen instead. Also Firefox 4.0 RC is out, upgrade to it please: http://www.mozilla.com/it/firefox/RC/ I suppose that you mean the webmail doesn't work correctly, but I don't have an account to check that. I suggest to contact Teletu customers support and signal them the webmail could have issues with Firefox 4.0, most likely their pages have some broken/wrong code trying to guess the used browser version.
Ah, also this seems to use remote xul, so it's probably not going to work since remote xul was disabled in Firefox 4.0 to solve longstanding security problems. But, you can enable that feature "per-domain" using this add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/remote-xul-manager/ just install the add-on and add teletu.it domain to the whitelist. Notice that this technology is not the best choice today due to the above security implications, so you should still contact customers support asking them to upgrade their technology.
