I ran the XPToolkit test of Playsound and it doesn't play sound.  Sound is
playing fine in my system right now, but it's digital out only.  I'm thinking
that might be the reason it's not working.  It's a Soundblaster Live Value card
with the Creative 5.1 speakers with the digital out only hooked up.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run XPToolkit:Playsound in the debug menu
2.Click the button


Actual Results:  Nothing

Expected Results:  A sound should play I would assume

Where can one find the "XPToolkit test of Playsound" to test if this problem is
still reproducable?

If this was hard to reproduce in 2004, it probably is in 2022 as well
