By the time you read this bug, all of our featured stuff should be based on collections, so I guess this could say "Provide JSON output of collections." We already provide RSS, this is just adding JSON: eg. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/mozilla/webdeveloper/format:rss
