Steps to reproduce:
- go to about:config
- Do some panning

Expected result:
- A scrolling indicator should appear that accurately shows how much you've scrolled an how tall the page is.

Actual result:
- No scrolling indicator seems to appear at all on Maemo trunk and on Android trunk the scrolling indicator is far too large and doesn't seem to move at all.
Mass resolving XUL Fennec I filed to WORKSFORME. If someone still cares about this bug, please reopen.
