641727 - The "never for this site" button does not work on password manager

When I log into a website, the menu drops down asking me If i would like FireFox to remember the password.

I continually have to select the "never for this site" button.

I assumed the word "never", meant "never", not "never for this session only."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into a website.
2. Select "never for this site"
3. Close browser.
4. Go to same website and log in.
5. Select "never for this site".
6. Go to step 1. (ad nauseum)


Expected Results:  
That I never be asked if i want a password to be remember on website.

Works fine for me. Please try if it works fine in safe mode or try by creating a new profile.

Firefox 35.0.1 - (OSX Mavericks 10.9.5) I have the exact same issue. I have decent amount of sites I don't want my password remembered yet my password manager shows zero exceptions. It therefore asks me over and over and over again " do you want to save ... for this site". I ALWAYS click "never for this site" yet it does nothing. I don't recall this feature ever working on any version of firefox or OSX since I have been trying to use this feature, which is a pretty long time.
