Add a menu option like Firefox 4 to restart in safe-mode with add-ons disabled. This is part of work to improve safe mode handling in Thunderbird.

Right, nice and easy. I'm not sure about the position of the menu item though -- need ui-review for that and for the Release Notes accesskey being changed to N. Firefox 4 kills the Release Notes menu item entirely.

looks good though.  I considered a separator after this item to keep the help/troubleshooting separate from the release notes but in the end think it's just going to be more noise.

This looks good to me, though personally I think the confirmation dialog should
have Yes/No buttons, but I'll let Bryan be the final word on that.
