641807 - no virtual keyboard on Mypay during login

After I click on submit after I enter my username, the virtual keyboard is supposed to pop up. Well, a blank window appears, and nothing else. I cannot access my army pay stubs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter my username
2.click on "go"
3.blank window appears with nothing in it.
Actual Results:  
a blank window appears with absolutely nothing in it.

Expected Results:  
a virtual keyboard is supposed to be there to enter my password.

As it seems a new Window/Popup/Tab with https://mypay.dfas.mil/myPayVK.aspx should appear.

WFM on Firefox 3.6 & 4.0.

Is your Issue reproducible without Extensions in Safe-Mode and/or using a new Profile?

yes, all the time, everywhere, anytime, any profile, anyway you can think of, always giving me a blank window.

Marking this as Resolved > Worksforme since the issue is no longer reproducible on the latest versions of Firefox Nightly 96.0a1 (2021-11-24), beta 95.0b11 or release 94.0.2 on Windows 10 ARM using Lenovo Yoga.
If anyone is still able to reproduce this issue either re-open this ticket or file a new one.
