Does not work even back in 1.9.1 (Firefox 3.5 Branch).

It happens similar on Firefox 4.0 (the text is just a little bit to the right compared to the intended display position)
(In reply to j.j. from comment #4) > Bug 564002 ? I don't think so, because bug 564002 appears to get fixed by bug 659828. This bug seems to be the block variant of bug 25888. There is no bug for this yet, but the issue is known.
