The Add-ons Manager links to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/faq#personal-recommendations on the recommended add-ons page (named "What is this?"). This section of the FAQ is missing.

We could probably take the section from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/faq#personal-recommendations

Adding Robert and Philip since I have no idea, how this page can be changed.
fligtar, how can that FAQ page be changed? Can I do that with admin powers (how?) or does it need some code change?
The "How can I opt out of these recommendations?" section will have to be customized to refer to the "Software Installation" preferences instead.
Maybe just copy-paste some parts from the just updated Help content:

Uncheck "Personalize add-on recommendations" in Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Software Installation. Disabling this option will also suppress contacting the add-on site periodically for any new information about installed add-ons, but won't affect automated updates.
