Having a html document that uses frames (the static HTML document generated when writing a doc), the frame representing the TOC is sometimes temporarily drawn also at the wrong location. Not easy to reproduce.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate the new page content (probably time of creation of the file matters)
2. Press F5 -- wrongly displayed, repainted after some action, usually after several seconds.
3. 
Actual Results:  
I can send the snapshot, but do not know how to attach it.
