steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photoxpress-search-pane/
expected behavior:
For add-ons with platform-specific files, we list only the file for the user's platform.
observed behavior:
Multiple install buttons are listed

This is a dupe of the bug about not letting more than one file go to All Platforms.
