This URL http://bellsouth.myway.com/features/home/default.asp doesn't load correctly in Netscape 6. All sections display sequentially when they should display side by side... Take a look at the page with Comm. 4.x.
Frank, the site is using the layer tag pretty heavily, I suspect this is the cause of their incompatibility. How are we working with companies who need to upgrade their pages to work with N6?

Reasigning to Bob Clary. Bob, could you please outline the issues and get back to me in detail. Clayton, Many of the details of how all of this will work is still being defined. As you know we just hired the first couple folks to handle this, and we are in the middle of getting DevEdge current. So we are working on getting infrastructure in place for this. We have already handled our first couple cases. Basically we find out what there problem is and let Arun and Bob have at them. Arun and Bob will be saving all of the relevant correspondence with each company so that a information repository can be created. Or primary hope of course is that our DevEdge resource will head off many of the issues. I will send you some docs that also help explain the over all goals.

http://bellsouth.myway.com/features/home/default.asp is no longer available. bellsouth.myway.com now redirects you to http://services.bellsouth.net/external/ . I have not been able to locate a document at bellsouth.net that corresponds. msanz, would you please provide the current version/location of the offending document? Thanks.
I still don't have the updated URL, I'll keep asking for it...
