Like bug 600213, but for the new masters.
bug 600213 was Server Ops, this must be too.

buildbot-master{4,6}.build.scl1.mozilla.com don't seem to exist in DNS... are these new servers, maybe just not turned up completely yet? In any case, from Shyam's note in bug 600213, I think this should be completed already. It looks like he added the whole /24 at that time, so unless these are in a different address space, this should be working. Let us know if it's not.
