When zooming on the desktop version of youtube.com, a strange effect seems to happen. For eample, the logo and search box at the top of the page do not change their size, the Search button obscures the Sign In / Sign Out link, video titles are trimmed, etc. I'll attach a screenshot.

It looks like you're using double-tap zooming with the "Reformat text" preference enabled. This changes the minimum font size, which often alters page layouts like this. The particular issues here would be improved by bug 627842 and bug 623831.

I don't think this is really the behavior that we want to have happen -- we need a better solution overall here.

Judging from playing with the built-in browser, then do a uniform zoom, and reflow the text based on the available viewport width after zooming...
