Details
Twitterparty bubbles not displaying in locales /ar or /he. From bug 642233 Andre noted: Bubbles not showing in "ar" because localization is using an unsupported code (TIMEZONE) in the date format.

I re-tested and can no longer repro on /ar- the bubbles show up fine.
