Whenever you hover over any of the buttons in FireFox4-RC, the hover design fades in with a smooth pace. But on the forward button, the glow just comes up suddenly, and the color change fades in normally. Has also done this with past beta releases

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to any webpage
3. Click the 'Back' Button
4. Hover over 'Forward' Button
Actual Results:
The glow suddenly appeared, followed by the button then changing colors

Expected Results:
The glow should've faded in with the color change

No crash, bug, or glitch, most likely human error. On Firefox 4's default theme.
